About the Role:
We are seeking a Tier 2 Deskside Support Technician to join our great client, a leading energy company with offices across the U.S. This is an on-site role in Denver, CO, responsible for providing technical support for Microsoft 365 applications, troubleshooting complex IT issues, and assisting with system deployments. You’ll play a key role in escalating and resolving technical issues beyond Tier 1 support, ensuring smooth IT operations across the organization.
The team utilizes Dynamics 365 for ticketing, but training will be provided if you're not familiar with it. While this role is fully on-site, there may be flexibility for hybrid work over time.
What You’ll Be Doing:
✔ Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.)
✔ Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues beyond Tier 1 capabilities
✔ Assist with system deployments, new equipment setups, and configurations
✔ Support remote users across two additional office locations
✔ Escalate critical or unresolved issues to Tier 3 or infrastructure teams
✔ Document resolutions and contribute to knowledge-sharing within IT
Who We’re Looking For:
✅ 2 years of IT support experience (deskside, help desk, or related roles)
✅ Strong troubleshooting skills with Microsoft 365 applications and general IT infrastructure
✅ Experience handling escalated IT issues beyond basic troubleshooting
✅ Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
✅ Ability to work on-site, 5 days/week in a structured IT support environment
✅ U.S. citizenship required (no visa/green card sponsorship)
✅ Must pass a background check
