Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Shop Assistant to join our team at Professional Fleet Services. In this role, you will support our mechanics in the maintenance and repair of various fleet vehicles, contributing to the efficiency and quality of our service operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist mechanics with vehicle maintenance and repairs
• Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively to support
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the shop and facility
• Follow safety protocols while operating machinery and handling equipment.
• Support inventory management by organizing parts and supplies in the warehouse.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of service requests.
• Drive to customers and vendor locations as needed

Requirements

• Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in automotive repair.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Experience working in a factory or manufacturing facility is a plus.
