Outside Sales Representative

Professional Foundation Repair is a regional leader in the foundation repair and waterproofing repair industry. We are looking for highly motivated sales professionals to consult with customers on foundation repairs and waterproofing opportunities. In-home sales experience is highly preferred. If you do not have in-home sales, but have strong face to face customer selling experience, we want to talk with you! Job Summary:

We provide you with PAID TRAINING to become a foundation repair and waterproofing expert. Once you have completed your training, you will be provided with company generated appointments with pre-qualified customers each week. You will follow a proven process of inspection and discovery with each customer to determine their needs and create solutions to solve their problems. You will play a huge part in restoring their property value, peace of mind, and quality of life.

What you would do:

• Drive to potential customer's homes on pre-scheduled appointments
• Build rapport with the customer and determine desired outcomes
• Carefully examine the customer's home to accurately diagnose the issues
• Provide necessary recommendations to the customer that will resolve such issues and present bid on site during initial visit
• Write proposals for each customer account, including photographs, instructions, diagrams, pricing lists, and job worksheets
• Meet or exceed sales goals

What we need for this role:

• 2 years of recent sales experience
• Living in Orange County is strongly preferred
• In home presentation skills. The ability to provide solution based bids during initial visit and close job while on site.
• Knowledge of home improvement/construction industry, in-home inspection, in-home sales, or residential real estate is preferred, but not required
• Being able to and comfortable with entering crawlspaces and basements
• Highly motivated and results-driven individuals
• Confident self-starter with a desire to earn an excellent living
• Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
• Ability to walk, climb a ladder, kneel, and crawl
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license and a safe driving record (required)
• Must be willing to submit to drug screening and background check

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday with some late afternoon and evening hours when needed
• Weekends as needed
