tango manages the home health benefit for major insurance plans with the focus on Medicare Advantage and managed Medicaid patients. We review home health care referrals for appropriateness and then set up services with multiple agencies to provide the care needed for patients. On an ongoing basis, we provide review and oversight of clinical care and determine further authorizations.
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join the tango team. This role will report into the Regional Director of Contract Management to support the strategic growth and maintenance of our home health provider network. The Contract Administrator is responsible for all aspects of contract administration, including validating, organizing, uploading and data entering various contract documents into tango’s contract management system. This role will work closely with the assigned market Provider Services Specialists and Contract Manager to support contract optimization and coordination
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and process contract documents
- Manage and triage various emails that come into the Contract Management email inbox
- Load contract documents into the contract management system
- Track and monitor key contract dates, milestones and obligations
- Build and structure on-demand and recurring reports, as needed
- Assist with coordinating external meetings on behalf of the management team
- Assist the Contract Manager with tracking and monitoring value-based arrangements
- Provide support and guidance to internal teams on contract-related items and tasks
- Review and analyze contract terms, identify potential risks and opportunities
- Maintain an excellent working relationship with interdepartmental and cross-departmental teams
- Identify and propose opportunities to better streamline existing processes
- Carry out network management assignments and other duties as directed by the management team
- Foster of culture of collaboration, engagement, contribution, and recognition
- Perform all job duties in compliance with tango’s policy and procedures, federal, state, and local regulations
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience or understanding of healthcare contracts
- Experience with a contract management system
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to effectively problem solve
- Natural curiosity to learn and grow within a fast-paced organization
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and navigating large data files
- Experience building and monitoring reports
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
Requirements:
- Requires a High School Diploma/GED
- Bachelors preferred
- Minimum 1-year administrative experience
- Ability to travel on a quarterly basis, at minimum
Hourly Rate: DOE
