Administrative Assistant Job Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
- Working with the membership department to assist in onboarding and ongoing membership needs.
- Working with team to assist with compliance and other recordkeeping duties.
- Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
- Works to create and implement workflows to enhance member engagement.
- Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
- Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Works with team to support all functions to help grow the organization.
- Assists accounting department in data-entry and review of different reports.
- Database management, researching marketing lists, and working with communications team to expand the reach.
