This will be an in-office role, with potential to evolve into hybrid after 6 months. Office is in Central Park area of Denver.

The Membership Success Coordinator will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, is comfortable handling confidential information and has strong customer service skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Managing and updating member and communication databases.
• Processing new membership applications and renewals applications.
• Responding to member inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
• Working with the team to implement membership recruitment and retention strategies.
• Maintaining data and preparing reports on membership statistics and trends.
• Working with the team to implement and manage membership onboarding processes.
• Resolving any issues or conflicts regarding membership.
• Maintaining knowledge of industry trends.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure member benefits are properly administered.
• Assisting in organizing and coordinating member events and activities.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Membership Coordinator or similar role.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Customer- oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Salary Range $55,000-$70,000 annually commensurate to experience.
