What You'll Do:
- Connect with potential clients and guide them in selecting the best health and life insurance policies to meet their needs
- Educate clients on the benefits of various insurance products and how they can protect their future
- Track and report sales progress to the Sales Manager, maintaining strong attention to detail
- Attend weekly sales meetings to discuss goals, strategies, and performance
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and service
Key Requirements:
- Ability to travel within your assigned territory as needed
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to negotiate effectively and handle client needs
- Self-motivated and able to manage time and schedule independently
