What You’ll Do:
- Sales Support & Coordination
- Assist the sales team with proposals, contracts, and client communication.
- Prepare and send quotes, follow up on leads, and track opportunities.
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM software.
- Customer Relations & Administrative Tasks
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide product/service information.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Assist with invoicing, purchase orders, and sales reports.
- Process Optimization & Growth Contribution
- Identify ways to streamline sales processes and improve efficiency.
- Work closely with leadership to support business development initiatives.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Experience in sales support, administration, or customer service (industry experience is a plus, but not required).
