Elevator Sales Representative – Southeast U.S.
Location: Based in Sarasota, FL – Travel throughout FL, GA, SC, NC
Compensation: $45,000 – $100,000 (Base Commission)
Job Type: Full-Time (Hybrid: In-Office & Travel)

Professional Lift Solutions LLC is a premier provider of elevator sales, modernization, and service solutions. We are growing rapidly and seeking a motivated, results-driven Elevator Sales Representative to build relationships, close deals, and expand our presence across Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina.
What You’ll Do:
- Sales & Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the elevator industry.
- Develop relationships with building owners, property managers, contractors, and developers.
- Present elevator solutions tailored to customer needs (new installations, modernizations, service contracts).
- Negotiate and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Travel & Territory Management
- Spend part of your time in-office (handling proposals, customer calls, and strategy) and part on the road (meeting clients, visiting job sites).
- Manage and grow accounts across the Southeast U.S. (FL, GA, SC, NC).
- Sales Process & Reporting
- Prepare and deliver proposals, contracts, and presentations.
- Track leads, pipeline, and sales performance using CRM software.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth project execution.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Sales experience (B2B preferred) – elevator, construction, or building services industry experience is a plus but not required.
✅ Strong communication & negotiation skills – ability to build relationships and close deals.
✅ Self-motivated, goal-oriented personality – thrives in a hybrid office/travel role.
✅ Ability to travel regularly throughout FL, GA, SC, NC (company travel expenses covered).
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office & CRM software – organization is key.
✅ Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation (company vehicle may be provided).
