Who Are We Hiring?

Responsibilities:
- Plan, film, and edit high-quality videos for our social media platforms, our website and other marketing campaigns
- Capture photos and videos of boat repairs, detailing, upholstery projects during progress and collect for strong before and after comparisons.
- Shoot on water footage for use on our various marketing campaigns
- Edit and produce engaging video content that aligns with our brand
- Manage and optimize content across all social media platforms
- Assist in scriptwriting, storyboarding, and content planning
- Track and analyze content performance to improve engagement and reach
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, video editing techniques, and social media best practices
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute creative content strategies
What You Bring:
- Experience in video production, content creation, and video editing
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software
- Strong skills in camera operation, lighting, and audio recording
- Ability to create engaging, high quality social media content, blog posts and advertising
- Knowledge of social media marketing, trends, and analytics
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while being a part of our team
