Responsibilities:

  • Bring your knowledge and help drive our comprehensive marketing strategy for Professional Marine
  • Create email marketing campaigns, digital ads, and SEO strategies
  • Plan and execute local promotions, events, and sponsorship opportunities
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to refine strategies
  • Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all offerings
  • Develop partnerships with local businesses and marine related brands
  • Manage and optimize advertising budgets for maximum ROI

What You Bring:

  • Experience in marketing, digital strategy and brand management
  • Strong skills in SEO, advertising, building promotions and conversion tracking
  • Ability to analyze sales data and trends for assessing marketing performance
  • Experience with email marketing platforms, building drip campaigns and pay per click advertising.
  • Proven experience in writing blogs, FAQs and other website content
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while being a part of a team.
  • Experience with working with photo and video editing a plus

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Communicates to internal and external stakeholders regarding the marketing plan, execution and budgeting via a monthly management summary.
  • Develops service positioning content, marketing messaging and supporting resources that meet our content pillars and overall marketing plan.
  • Formulates the go-to-market strategy for key products and features considering available data and insights, competitive landscape and Professional Marine positioning.
  • Manages all software support tools including, but not limited to email marketing platform, social media accounts, point of sale contact lists, google analytics and the web site.
  • Acts as the Voice of the Customer, collects feedback from customers via analytics and surveys and ensures the current marketing strategy is effective and targeted properly.
  • Creation of an approval system for all assets, manages all revision control of digital assets, creative assets and print materials.
  • Manages the editorial and digital marketing calendars ensuring that all milestone and delivery dates are met.
  • Communicates launch plans, required budgets and collaborations with the ownership group to ensure all internal teams are informed and prepared.
  • Helps create internal company documents as needed by the ownership group.
  • Manages, plans and executes all outside promotions, events and tradeshows including, but not limited to, strategic plan, budgets, timelines, resource requirements and target outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with all Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Graphic Design experience and familiarity with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Video editing experience a plus.
  • Proven experience with maintaining a web presence, including blogs, creation of landing pages and updating and collecting forms data. WordPress experience is a plus.
  • CSS and HTML experience is a plus.
  • Writing experience in crafting compelling positioning, marketing, and sales content.
  • Written and verbal communication skills with experience working with and communicating to different roles and teams across an organization.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • A quantitative and analytical aptitude and a desire to make data driven decisions.
  • Passion for innovative thinking and executing cohesive marketing plans across multiple platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
