We use a low-pressure relationship-based sale approach directed to existing customers and warm leads. This is NOT a cold-call telemarketing position. Your time will be focused mostly on reaching out to existing customers and strengthening relationships while helping to guide them on their paths to High Performance HVAC.

Key Responsibilities:
- Call on customers, and handle inbound calls from new and existing customers in your geographic territory.
- Record customer interactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken into our sales CRM system.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly objectives
- Strong inside/phone business-to-business sales track record
- Minimum two years of experience inside sales/customer service
- HVAC Industry experience a huge plus!
- Ambitious, goal-oriented individual who is also a team player
- Solid computer skills. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with CRM sales and customer service systems.
