The Inside Sales/Customer Care Coordinator is responsible for managing customer inquiries, scheduling home inspections, and converting leads into appointments. This role requires a customer-first mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to drive sales through relationship-building and follow-ups. Key Responsibilities: Customer Service & Scheduling:
- Act as the first point of contact for potential and existing clients via phone, email, and online inquiries.
- Educate customers on our home inspection services, pricing, and process.
- Schedule and confirm home inspections, coordinating efficiently with inspectors.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing questions and concerns promptly.
Inside Sales & Lead Conversion:
- Follow up with inbound leads, referrals, and past customers to schedule inspections.
- Persuasively communicate the value of our inspection services and upsell additional services when appropriate.
- Maintain and update customer records in our CRM, tracking interactions and conversions.
- Meet or exceed sales and booking targets through proactive engagement.
Administrative Support:
- Process payments, send invoices, and confirm appointments.
- Assist in marketing initiatives, including email campaigns and social media engagement.
- Work closely with home inspectors to ensure a seamless client experience.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 3 years in customer service, inside sales, or a similar role (experience in home services, real estate, or home inspections is a plus).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional approach.
- Sales Ability: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills, with a history of meeting sales goals.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
- Organized & Detail-Oriented: Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Customer-Focused: Passionate about providing top-notch service and building client relationships.
