Personal Injury Attorney - Phoenix, AZ
Full-Time Position
On-Site: Phoenix, AZ
Monday-Friday (8:00am – 5:00pm)
$100,000 - $140,000 Per Year (depending on experience bonuses)

Personal Injury Attorney - Phoenix, AZ

Responsibilities:
- Research case law to analyze precedents or similar cases for plaintiff tactics
- Establish a professional rapport with all clients
- Answer client questions regarding proceedings, negotiations, and other related questions
- Draft, review, and interpret all legal documents for clients
- Create a case strategy based on previous cases and prior knowledge
- Advise clients throughout the entire legal process, from intake through litigation
- Manage a team to resolve cases in a timely and efficient manner
- Bachelor's and Juris Doctorate
- 5 yrs of litigation experience in PI (Someone who can handle several diverse cases at a time and will be well-versed in personal injury, wrongful death, or mass tort cases.)
- License to practice law in AZ, NM, or NV
- Active member in good standing with State Bar
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Organized with excellent time-management skills
- Bilingual is a plus
