About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sealcoat Foreman to join our team in the Construction industry. As a Sealcoat Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sealcoating process, ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You will be expected to lead a team of workers, manage schedules, and ensure that all equipment is properly maintained. Your ultimate goal will be to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients. Your earning potential will be directly tied to your experience leading a team and the expertise you have in sealcoating, with a starting range of $22 to $25 an hour or more depending on your skills.

Minimum Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sealcoating or a related field
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lead a team and manage schedules
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

As a Sealcoat Foreman, you will be using your leadership, communication, and project management skills on a daily basis. You will also need to have a strong understanding of sealcoating processes and equipment, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems as they arise. Additionally, you will need to be able to work effectively in a team environment, and be able to motivate and inspire your team to achieve their goals.

Salary : $22 - $25
