We seek a meticulous, thorough, and organized Construction Project Manager to join our growing team in the Department of Transportation division. Your primary responsibilities will be project management functions, accurate cost estimates, research products, report preparation, and forecast monitoring. You will also oversee communications with your clients and conduct risk assessments.
[Duties ]
- Responsible for managing bridge and road construction projects from pre-construction to project completion, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Review project plans, specifications, and other documents to develop accurate cost estimates
- Coordinate and manage all projects, and activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
[Requirements ]
- Minimum education level of a bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field
- The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience in bridge and road construction estimation and be knowledgeable of project management principles
- Experience with Specialty Contractors or a "Self-Performing" contractor

- Pay Rage: $90k to $110k potential annual bonus opportunity (30% of salary)
