What are the responsibilities and job description for the Legal Process Server- Rusk County position at Professional Process Servers, Inc.?
We are presently seeking an additional process server to cover Rusk County and possibly the surrounding areas.
The main job of a process server is to deliver or serve legal documents to parties in a court case.
A potential process server must meet the following requirements:
- Personable and trustworthy
- Ability to work variable hours including early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends during the same week at times. A flexible schedule would be key to this position.
- Have your own reliable transportation, driver's license, and car insurance
- Be computer savvy; our attempts and affidavits are all done on a computer or smart phone.
- Have access to a printer, computer, scanner, and smart phone
- Be at least 18 years old and a Wisconsin resident
- Able to pass a background check
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Having process serving experience is a plus
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
