Start Date : January 28, 2025
Compensation : Competitive salary in the $145,000 range, including a 13% bonus and 17% stock options over base plus bonus.
We are looking for a Solution Architect to join a forward-thinking IT team. This role involves modernizing a robust technology stack that includes both legacy COBOL systems and modern tools such as C#, .NET, SQL Server, Kubernetes, Azure DevOps, Blazor, React, and Docker. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in bridging the gap between legacy and modern systems, driving impactful business solutions, and influencing enterprise-level architecture.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop IT roadmaps and align them with business strategies.
- Document and maintain technical details for applications supporting core business capabilities.
- Collaborate on strategies to manage and reduce technical debt while enhancing systems.
- Lead application development and provide architectural guidance on complex multi-subsystem solutions.
- Ensure technology solutions align with organizational standards and objectives.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses for system implementations and recommend alternatives when necessary.
- Oversee software development planning, including scoping, scheduling, and execution.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
- Contribute to the stabilization, testing, and quality assurance of systems in production.
