USD $101,857.00 - USD $212,203.00 /Yr. Range includes data points from multiple labor markets. Specific range is dependent on the labor market where the incumbent will be hired to perform the position. Starting salary is dependent on candidate qualifications and experience. What You'll Do In This Role
- Lead and mentor System Architects and Systems Analysts, emphasizing technology domain-specific standards and ensuring compliance with industry best practices like TOGAF.
- Develop, document, and maintain comprehensive standards and best practices for technology domains. Oversee the lifecycle management of content, ensuring it remains relevant and up to date, and aligns with the strategic goals of the organization.
- Actively participate in governance processes, providing architectural insights and obtaining necessary approvals from the Architecture Review Board.
- Work closely with product-line management and engineering teams to create and implement strategies aimed at maturing business capabilities and optimizing technology use.
- Sustain the integrity of technology solutions in partnership with engineering management, recommending improvements and alternatives to current systems.
- Clearly communicate complex architectural concepts to diverse audiences, facilitating understanding and retention.
- Participate in other initiatives and/or projects as necessary.
- Bachelor's Degree in the field of Computer Science, Information Science, Management Information Systems Preferred
- Minimum of 12 years' experience in IT architecture and development, with significant exposure to complex multi-platform environments.
- Expertise in architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, effective problem-solving skills, and proficiency in architecture design and development tools.
- Knowledge/expert in computer programming languages Required
- Effective communications skills (verbal, written, and presentation) and ability to communicate with business partners and other IT staff required
- Skills in using required architecture, design, and development tools required
- Problem solving skills sufficient to identify opportunities, perform research and recommend a proposed solution to problems
- Able to work on multiple tasks and meet established deadlines
- Able to effectively influence the work of other team members without having HR management responsibility for them
- Criminal background check required.
