Civil Engineer Position at a Respected Engineering Firm

You will work with land and water, involving hydrology, ingress/egress access, flood control, and design of oil/gas well pads, solar, and wind assets.

Responsibilities:
• Daily use of Civil 3D or AutoCAD (required); Revit, RISA a plus
• Performs earthwork calculations, storm water management, sedimentation control, road & site design.
• Engineering work involves self-management and ensuring assigned projects are carried through to completion.
• Engineering work will involve grading, hydrology, hydraulics, drafting, report preparation, road & site design, erosion & sediment control design, and structural engineering.
• Engineer In Training (EIT) will perform all above responsibilities under the supervision of a Professional Engineer (PE).
Qualifications:
• BS in Civil Engineering
• Experience using Civil 3D or AutoCAD software (required)
• Good time/budget management skills.
• Communication skills required for client and interoffice communication and reporting.
• Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel software.
• Experience with grading tools, corridors, pipe networks, etc. a plus
• Experience using Revit & RISA a plus

Stated salary: $70k-$110k base DOE. Bonus potential.
Schedule: 8 hour shift (M-F)
Must relocate to Utah, with an employer-paid relocation package
