• Provide expert guidance on state-specific code requirements to clients and their insurance providers.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal sales teams to identify market opportunities and contribute to business growth.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of state code requirements to ensure appropriate care for clients and their homes.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Prior experience in insurance, construction, or a related field is preferred, though not required.
• Strong customer service skills with a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Ability to handle a multifaceted role and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be a proactive team player with a willingness to continuously learn and grow within the company.
