AP Coordinator Job Summary :
- The Business Management team’s responsibility is to be compliant with the companies Policies and Procedures.
- Including but not limited to Accounts Payable (AP) policies, such as, purchase order (PO) exceptions, after‐the fact PO’s, vendor maintenance, and troubleshooting AP related issues.
- Achieving efficient and effective corporate reporting through targeted invoice processing through SAP actuals and ensuring accuracy of data.
- Reconciling all talent travel.
- Hiring of Daily Hires in Workday and process payroll weekly via Kronos.
AP Coordinator Responsibilities :
Assist with monthly and quarterly close. Assist with managing trackers.
Job is onsite.
