Overview
Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator who will work with their appliance dealers and customers to assist with placing orders, customer service, answer questions regarding their products, and schedule technicians / 3rd party service companies for service calls
Duties
- Input customer information accurately
- Communicate with all service customers by phone, text, or email.
- Learn and maintain thorough knowledge of all appliance products.
- Schedule and dispatch technicians and 3rd party service companies for service visits.
Experience
- Must have completed an Associate's degree or higher.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills required.
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Great attitude with a high-energy personality
- Superior customer service skills
- Outstanding phone skills and follow up
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
