Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Transformation Analyst to join our Project Management Department. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving business transformation initiatives across the company through process improvements and various projects. You will collaborate with multiple departments and support the Head of Project Management in delivering effective solutions and enhancements that align with our organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and business transformation initiatives.
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects aimed at enhancing business operations.
- Conduct data analysis and performance metrics reporting to support project goals and evaluate outcomes.
- Prepare detailed documentation, including project plans, process maps, and reports, to communicate project progress and insights to stakeholders.
- Participate in meetings with various departments to gather requirements, address concerns, and promote positive change.
- Assist the Head of Project Management in preparing presentations and updates for senior management.
- Utilize Excel (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP) for data analysis, tracking project progress, and creating reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, Marketing, or other related fields is preferred.
- Previous internship or temporary experience in a relevant role is required.
- Any project experience during internships or temporary positions is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with team members and stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, specifically in utilizing Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP for data analysis.
