RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Collaborate with recruiting team to develop marketing strategy
* Develop existing client base for accounts provided by PSN
* Sales calls for new business development, growing client base
* Make job ad calls for prospecting new business
* Follow up on new job leads provided by the recruiting team
* Develop email marketing strategy for accounts in a variety of industries
* Account Management of existing client accounts
* Keep up to date on “most placeable” candidates available for prospective clients
* Daily communication with clients and candidates
REQUIREMENTS
* Minimum of 3 years experience in the staffing and/or recruiting industry
* Experience training and supervising preferred
* Candidates must be technically savvy, including knowledgeable with social media
* Good written and oral communication
* Candidate must have a good sense of humor to do this job
* Candidates with industry contacts are a big plus
* Bachelors degree is preferred
Compensation includes:
