Professional Services Group & Community Impact Programs is now hiring for the role of Human Resources Generalist. The Human Resources Generalist provides administrative and tactical support to the human resource function under the direction of the HR Manager. As the HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing a consultative touchpoint for our leadership and employees to support the holistic employment life cycle. Our organization manages more than 30 different programs throughout the state of Wisconsin and continues to grow. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE HR GENERALIST :
- Responds to human resources-related questions or concerns and escalates those as needed.
- Supports the onboarding process for new hires and transitioning employees.
- Advises leaders and supports the appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
- Investigates accidents and prepares required documentation.
- Prepares employee separation notices and related documentation, and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.
- Maintains knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions; and ensures compliance of policies, procedures, and reports.
- Provides support to the Affirmative Action Pans, EEOC and Civil Rights plan.
LOCATION : Position is housed at our West Allis office location, with flexibility for hybrid / remote scheduling after training is complete.
SCHEDULE : Full-time Monday-Friday 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm
SALARY : $46,000-52,000
