Professional Solutions Delivered, LLC (ProSoDel) is a total solutions provider for government and commercial customers in the areas of Program Management, Logistics, Organizational Change Management, Communications, Training, and Information Technology (IT) Support Services. We are seeking a Logistics Analyst / Team Lead in support of the Navy Expeditionary Combat Command (NECC) in Virginia Beach, VA. This position requires approximately 30% travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations for less than two weeks per trip.
Essential Duties & Job Functions:

- Act as the on-site team lead, coordinating closely with staff to ensure clear communication and efficient completion of tasks.
- Manage overall task assignments, personnel scheduling, and adherence to reporting requirements, ensuring all activities comply with established guidelines.
- Conduct thorough validation of unit inventories for military gear and government equipment, ensuring all items are accurately accounted for.
- Perform detailed data entry into the Defense Property Accountability System-Warehouse Systems Database (DPAS-WH), identifying and correcting any missing or incomplete fields to maintain data integrity.
- Conduct comprehensive samples of book-to-floor and floor-to-book inventories to verify accuracy and initiate appropriate data entry in the DPAS-WH system.
- Ensure post-data entry accuracy by reviewing and cross-referencing data to prevent discrepancies.
- Travel to various locations, including both continental (CONUS) and outside continental (OCONUS) US Department of Defense bases, to perform on-site inventory assessments and accountability checks.
- Perform additional related tasks as assigned, demonstrating the flexibility and attention to detail required to support evolving project needs.
Required Skills and Experience
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and proficiency in verbal and written communication, ensuring attention to detail and accuracy in all administrative and routine tasks.
- Be available to travel both within the continental United States (CONUS) and outside the continental United States (OCONUS) as required.
- Be capable of working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously, and meeting tight deadlines.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and communicate tactfully with both military and civilian personnel.
- A minimum of five (5) years’ experience working with DPAS-WH to include developing Change Requests or procedural changes to improve user functionality, property, accountability and auditability.
- A minimum of five (5) years’ experience with property management policies, plans and procedures and their application to commodity management requirements at the Department of Defense (DoD).
- Experience in supervision of a team consisting of two or more personnel.
- A minimum of five (5) years’ experience with a wide range of DoD supply principles, concepts and methodologies pertaining to supply inventory management and accountability procedures and a detailed knowledge of the functions and capabilities of data management systems.
- Possess a valid passport for international travel.
- Must possess a valid US driver’s license.
Clearance Required:
Must have current/active SECRET security clearance to gain facility and network access.
