System Architect

Professional Solutions Delivered, LLC (ProSoDel) is a total solutions provider for government and commercial customers in the areas of Program Management, Logistics and Information Technology Support Services. We are currently seeking a System Architect to join our team of professionals in support of the DoD. The projected start date is February 2025.

Essential Duties & Job Functions:

• Develop an end user device software tracking and maintenance system that will allow for efficient and effective programmatic scheduling, budgeting, and induction into the software application packaging process.
• Performs related work as assigned.

Work Environment: This job operates in both teleworking and professional office environment. This role routinely involves standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.

Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear, and operate office equipment.

Position type and expected hours of work: This is a full-time position. The work schedule is 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with the core hours being 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Travel: Travel may be required within and outside of the local area to support the task requirements such as attendance at meetings, demonstrations, and working group meetings.

Job Requirements (Education, Experience, Professional Associations)

• Education:
  • Must have a minimum of an Associate’s degree in business or related IT field.
    • Bachelor’s degree in business or related IT field preferred.
• Experience:
  • Must have a minimum of 6 years of experience designing user dashboards in various tools, such as MS Excel, MS Access, Power BI, SharePoint, and/or MS Teams
  • Must have working knowledge of how program schedules and budgets work and are reported on in order to integrate into new reporting mediums
  • Experience developing and integrating tracking and reporting system for any program of record within the Department of Defense preferred
  • Ideal candidates will have the ability for light programming in Basic/VBA
• Clearance:
  • Must be US Citizen, must be able to pass a background investigation per local law and regulations, and must be authorized to work in the U.S., must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance.
  • Active DoD Security Clearance is preferred.
