Job Title : Recruiter

This is not a remote position.

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to fill this role. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting top talent for various roles across the company.

Key Responsibilities :

• Sourcing Candidates : Utilize multiple channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to identify and attract qualified candidates.
• Screening Resumes : Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
• Conducting Interviews : Arrange and conduct in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
• Coordinating with Hiring Managers : Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, determine qualifications, and set expectations for candidate profiles.
• Candidate Experience : Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing feedback and ensuring timely communication.
• Job Offer Management : Extend job offers and handle the hiring process from offer to onboarding.
• Maintaining Records : Keep accurate and up-to-date records of applicants and their statuses in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Employer Branding : Promote the company's culture, values, and benefits to attract top-tier talent.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook, exceptional phone voice, professional demeanor, passion for working with people, and a highly motivated attitude. Training is provided if you don't have experience in the staffing industry but possess most of the other qualifications listed.

Bilingual English / Spanish is highly encouraged. The work schedule is primarily Monday through Friday during daytime office hours. This is a full-time, hourly position with a bonus opportunity. Pay ranges from $20-$30 per hour plus a competitive benefit package depending on the candidate.
