Marketing Analyst - Private Investing
The Marketing Analyst is a key role on the Marketing team, focused on supporting private investing capabilities, strategies, and funds. This individual will work closely with internal teams such as product management, portfolio managers, legal & compliance, and client services to execute comprehensive marketing strategies. The position also requires close collaboration with the Marketing Strategist in the development and execution of overarching strategy and tactical plans.

Lead the strategy and execution of events, including overseeing conference sponsorships and hosted eventsManage all event logistics, such as registration, attendee tracking, materials, and presentationsOversee event budgets, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationshipsRegularly update internal teams on marketing activities, including press mentions, new content, and quarterly reportsCollaborate with the marketing strategist to develop PR strategies that strengthen the brand's public imageContribute to the creation and distribution of marketing materialsDevelop integrated marketing plans that include public relations, email campaigns, and event strategiesCreate compelling content and provide strategic marketing insights to engage diverse audiencesQualifications :
Bachelor's Degree6 to 10 years of marketing experience within the private investing sectorStrong background in event management, communications, branding, conference coordination, and fundraisingExcellent content creation skills with a strategic marketing focusProven ability to build strong relationships and influence key stakeholders across teams
