Insurance Customer Service
ON SITE POSITION
Mon.-Fri. 8 : 30 AM- 5 : 30 PM $21.63 - $23.07 per hr.
Deliver exceptional phone-based customer service to insureds, agents, and internal teams. You'll handle policy transactions, answer inquiries, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities :
- Process policy transactions (cancellations, changes, etc.) accurately and efficiently.
- Respond to customer inquiries with expertise and empathy.
- Identify and resolve customer issues, escalating when necessary.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of policies, procedures, and marketing campaigns.
- Contribute to team projects to improve customer service.
