The Project Director leads the planning and execution of multiple projects and programs, ensuring they meet goals and standards. You'll manage project deliverables, track progress, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to guide project teams and collaborate with various departments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Management : Oversee project planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring adherence to standards and timelines.
- Stakeholder Communication : Effectively communicate with business units, service centers, and leadership to manage relationships and project goals.
- Deliverable Management : Manage project deliverables, changes, and risk / issue identification and resolution.
- Team Leadership : Lead and mentor project management staff, ensuring quality work and team integration.
- Reporting & Documentation : Create project charters, plans, status reports, and other necessary documentation.
- Process Improvement : Ensure standard project controls are followed and facilitate decision-making.
- Business Case Development : Contribute to the development of business cases for projects.
- Technology Implementation : Act as a point of contact for large-scale technology initiatives.
