Job Summary:
The Manager/Director of Human Resource partners with leadership to develop and deliver strategic human resource solutions and lead the human resources department.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting including phone screening and interview coordination.
- Conducts onboarding and terminations, including background checks and exit interviews.
- Process and manage benefits administration/COBRA, including open enrollment.
- Create and manage employee files, including credentials.
- Submit reports on a timely basis, including EEO, OSHA, and CMS.
- Review and manage incident reports and unemployment claims.
- Manage leave of absence, including FMLA.
- Utilize and maintain the HRIS system, which is Trupay/Inspire HCM.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education & Work Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of Human Resources experience.
- Experience in Healthcare industries preferred. Leadership experience preferred.
- Illinois employment law and government compliance experience preferred.
- TruPay/Inspire HCM experience is a plus.
