Position: Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative
Our Dispatchers, who also serve as Customer Service Representatives, are the voice of Professional Towing & Recovery. They play a crucial role in making a positive difference in people's lives by offering reliable service, professional communication, and kindness to every caller who reaches out to our team.
Schedule: We are in the process of finalizing the schedule for this position. We seek candidates with open availability and flexible schedules. During the final stage of the interview process, management and the selected candidate will agree on a specific schedule. Our standard shifts are 8 hours, with two consecutive days off and possible overtime opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact, setting a positive tone for the customer experience.
- Answer inbound calls and manage service requests via phone, online platforms, or in person.
- Handle urgent requests, often from customers in stressful situations, with empathy and efficiency.
- Coordinate with drivers to ensure the correct equipment reaches customers promptly.
- Make critical decisions that enhance public safety on Arizona roads.
- Use critical thinking, multitasking, and a solution-oriented mindset to address the needs of our clients and customers.

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Customer service experience in a high-volume, transaction-based environment (e.g., call center, retail).
- Demonstrated ability to be empathetic, compassionate, efficient, and organized.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and internet-based programs.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to manage stressful situations and de-escalate customers in crisis.
- Strong communication skills, particularly in coordinating with drivers to provide accurate ETAs and information.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and maintain focus amidst background conversations.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and some holidays, as required by your work schedule.
Salary : $18 - $21
