Responsibilities
- Identify potential customers: Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other strategies
- Build relationships: Maintain accounts with existing customers and build relationships with new prospects
- Communicate: Understand customer needs and explain how a product or service can meet those needs
- Negotiate: Negotiate terms and close deals
- Ensure customer satisfaction: Address customer concerns and ensure a smooth sales process
Skills
- Product knowledge: Have a thorough understanding of the products or services they sell
- Communication: Have excellent verbal communication skills and be able to listen to customers
