Profiles is hiring a National Account Director for an advertising agency client on a direct-hire basis.
Notes: This role is full-time on-site for the first month while getting up to speed. Once onboarded, 2 days per week in-office is required.
Description
We are actively looking for a highly motivated and experienced Account Director to become a pivotal part of our dynamic team. As a key player within our organization, you will play a crucial role in building and fortifying relationships with key accounts. This involves nurturing contracted corporate relationships and fostering increased participation and engagement from independent franchisees under our corporate brand.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct weekly meetings and provide daily updates to the assigned Client Support team members on the National Account Team.
- Engage in regular calls with primary client stakeholders for the assigned National Accounts.
- Participate in in-person training sessions and business reviews with clients.
- Present strategic recommendations for offers and products to enhance campaigns.
- Effectively manage dedicated Support Team members in all aspects of monthly campaigns, using our proprietary O/E system.
- Organize the completion of custom campaign analysis, either directly or in collaboration with the Technology Team.
- Schedule calls to review the results of analyses and offer insights on performance and improvements.
- Handle additional or supplemental requests from customers based on clients' needs.
- Identify opportunities for additional growth and compensation by maintaining annual corporate spend, increasing franchisee-funded participation, and introducing additional tactics to the approved marketing mix.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a client support, client-facing, or account management role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Intermediate skills in Excel are required.
- Previous account management experience.
- Prior print or direct mail experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to independently manage internal resources, such as support, creative, and technology teams, to complete competitive and/or trends analysis in the client's industry.
- Demonstrated ability to own relationships with complex National Accounts.
- Leadership skills to manage the activities of dedicated Client Services team member(s).
- Enjoyment in engaging with customers regularly.
- A proven track record of engaging both small business owners/franchisees and their corporate stakeholders.
- Previous agency experience is required, demonstrating a deep understanding of agency dynamics and client interactions.
- Experience in direct-response marketing will be given special consideration.
- A proven ability to interact with C-suite executives will be highly regarded.
Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
