As an Account Executive-Payments is to drive revenue growth and foster long-term client relationships by driving integrated payment processing solution sales to our existing clients. The Account Executive – Payments is responsible for nurturing existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction with payment solutions.

As an Account Executive-Payments, you will:
- Identify and target existing clients who can benefit from our Payment Processing Solution, leveraging our established client relationships.
- Receive and follow up on qualified leads received from Sales Development, utilizing various channels such as networking, outbound calls, and attending industry events.
- Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact and understanding their business goals and challenges with payment solutions.
- Communicate with customers and leads to understand their product or service needs; identifying and suggesting products and services to meet those needs, demonstrating the functions of products and services, to close the sale.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively pitching products or services, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM software.
- Other duties as assigned.

A great fit for this position has:
- Prefer bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or similar field
- Prefer B2B sales experience, ideally in a SaaS or payment processing context.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and work independently
- Prior ability of achieving sales targets and closing deals
