What You’ll Be Doing
- This role will manage day to day logistics surrounding new store openings, maintaining documentation, and being proactive and communicative in a fast paced environment. Managing 5-7 projects any given week.
- 2 years of successful project coordination, ideally in a fast paced environment
- Clear, effective and proactive communication style that can easily prioritize, advocate and resolve tasks and issues as needed
- Experience with POs, managing vendor communications/relationships, and handling multiple projects simultaneously is critcal
- Proven organizational skills that include Excel, meeting coordination, note taking, etc...
- Experience with Confluence would be helpful
- Technical, retail, and/or construction background is helpful but not required
- Clear and effective team player attitude as well as verbal and written communication skills
