Responsibilities
- Assist with daily accounting tasks, including data entry, accounts receivable, and accounts payable duties.
- Provide administrative support by managing calendars and scheduling appointments.
- Handle customer inquiries with excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Utilize QuickBooks and Microsoft Office to maintain accurate records and reports.
- Organize office operations and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong computer literacy and typing skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Experience with QuickBooks and clerical tasks
