In this position, you will support our production, content and customer support teams, ensuring smooth operations, flawless task management, and top-notch customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide essential administrative support to the production and wholesale teams, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Production Scheduling: Track production schedules to ensure timely delivery of every piece, ensuring all details are met.
- Photoshoot & Content Creation Scheduling: Assist in organizing photoshoots and content creation, coordinating with photographers, stylists, and other teams to ensure everything runs on schedule.
- Factory Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with factories to ensure a smooth production process, addressing any issues that arise and assisting the production manager as needed.
- Customer Success: Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, addressing questions or concerns to ensure a positive experience.
- Email & Customer Inquiry Management: Handle incoming customer emails, providing timely responses and assisting with order inquiries, product information, or any other customer service needs.
