Position Overview :
As the Director of Finance, you will oversee and manage all financial activities of the organization, ensuring accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance. You will play a key role in providing strategic financial leadership, partnering with senior management to drive financial decision-making and support the organization’s mission and growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Financial Reporting & Analysis : Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Provide insights on financial performance, variances, and trends. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and healthcare regulations.
- Budgeting & Forecasting : Lead the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to develop and manage operational and capital budgets. Provide financial forecasts and help guide strategic financial planning.
- Cost Management : Implement cost control measures to ensure operational efficiency. Analyze expenditures, identify areas of cost savings, and recommend improvements.
- Revenue Cycle Management : Ensure the accuracy of billing, reimbursement, and collections. Work closely with the operations team to optimize revenue cycle processes and identify opportunities to enhance profitability.
- Financial Strategy : Collaborate with senior leadership to develop long-term financial strategies. Provide input on key business decisions and advise on investment opportunities.
- Compliance & Risk Management : Ensure financial practices are in compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, particularly those related to healthcare finance. Manage internal and external audits.
- Team Leadership & Development : Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to ensure a high level of performance and professional growth. Foster a collaborative and accountable work environment.
- Healthcare Industry Knowledge : Stay informed on healthcare industry trends, changes in regulations, and reimbursement models that impact financial planning and decision-making.
Qualifications :
Pay : $135,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year
