Responsibilities:
- Keep the asset management system up to date.
- Assign unit numbers and tag new equipment.
- Post new equipment in the NAV system.
- Track paperwork from vendors for all new equipment registrations.
- Create spreadsheets for tax office registration renewals.
- Process online registration renewals for semi-trailers.
- Maintain electronic filing of titles and registrations.
- Inspect equipment for proper paperwork before release.
- Create transfers for equipment moving between locations.
- Assist districts with equipment-related issues.
- Install Geotab devices in light duty vehicles.
- Program speed limits in light duty vehicles.
- Supply loaner vehicles as needed.
- Reconcile company credit card statements.
