To accomplish this, our People team is searching for someone who will be a dynamic representation of our employees with the professional experience to assume the role of Senior People Operations Analyst. In this role, you will be the go-to expert for People systems and data, as well as a key player in the support and maintenance for Workday with a keen focus on process improvement, enhancing data accuracy, and providing reports and analytics that drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will be a progressive thinker able to help us continue to maintain our strong culture across the organization, creating an accountable, performance-driven environment where employees can flourish.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY :
- Manage and maintain the overall architecture, scalability, and integrity of Workday HCM
- Dedicated support for Talent, Compensation, and Peakon modules
- Manage upgrades, patches, enhancements, and other technical projects as assigned
- Proactively identify and implement opportunities for process improvement
- Lead optimization projects to help the organization realize the full potential of Workday
- Ability to generate complex reports and analytics
- Partner with business leaders to support business objectives and plans by providing meaningful data to ensure the organization, capabilities, and culture align to drive business results
- Maintain awareness of current HRIS trends with a focus on developing Workday, service delivery, and support
- Work in an extremely fast-paced environment, managing conflicting demands, prioritizing projects while demonstrating a positive, “can-do” attitude
- Build positive and influential relationships and partnerships with managers as well as employees
