As part of the corporate Centers of Excellence (CoE) team, the Learning & Development Specialist is responsible for designing, delivering, and refining training programs that support organizational goals and employee growth. This role requires a dynamic trainer with strong facilitation skills, the ability to engage diverse audiences, and expertise in instructional design and learning methodologies. The Learning & Development Specialist must be able to assess training needs, develop content suited for various learning styles, and implement scalable learning solutions across the organization.
This position requires close collaboration with other CoEs, HR Business Partners, and operational leaders to ensure training initiatives align with company objectives and drive performance improvement. The Learning & Development Specialist is expected to maintain a library of adaptable training modules, stay current on learning and development best practices, and measure the effectiveness of training programs. Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—are essential, as this role will be responsible for developing clear, engaging learning materials and delivering presentations to employees at all levels.
