Position Title: Call Center Representative
Location: Henderson NV < In office> NO REMOTE WORK
Years of Experience required: 1- 3 years Customer Service Experience
Pay Band: $15.85 - $17.00 per hour < depending on experience AND does NOT mean the max pay is offered>
Type: Seasonal Full Time
Classified: Non-Exempt
Schedule: Start Time between 7 AM - 9 AM OR 11:30 AM
Shift: Monday- Friday OR Tuesday - Saturday

Key Job Functions
- Place outbound calls AND accept inbound to /from customers to coordinate/ schedule deliveries.
- Introduce yourself and the purpose of the call professionally and courteously.
- Maintain a friendly and engaging tone throughout the conversation.
- Address customer questions, objections, and concerns
- Collect and record accurate information from customers, including contact details,
- Maintain a positive and professional rapport with customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or requests with empathy and problem-solving skills.
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors or relevant departments as needed.
- Maintain thorough and up-to-date records of each customer interaction, including outcomes and next steps.
- Efficiently manage call handling time to maximize productivity and meet performance targets.
- Other duties as assigned
Education/Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education may be preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant phone voice.
- Strong interpersonal and active listening skills.
- Ability to follow scripts and guidelines while adding a personal touch to conversations.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and navigating call center software.
- Patience, resilience, and the ability to handle rejection positively.
- Adaptability to different campaigns and products/services.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus.
