Qualifications & Skills:

Technical Skills:
o Strong experience with IBM iSeries (AS/400), RPG, CL programming, and DB2/SQL
o Must be fluent with RPG-Free, Builtin funtions, Subprocedures and Service programs.
o Experience with tools like IBM WebSphere, Rational Developer for i, or similar iSeries development environments is a plus.
Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills:
o Ability to analyze complex systems, identify issues, and implement solutions in a timely manner.
o Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills for both legacy and modern systems.
Communication & Collaboration:
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
o Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
o Experience documenting technical processes and procedures clearly and concisely.
Education & Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
· 5 years of experience working with IBM iSeries (AS/400) applications, including RPG/CL programming and DB2/SQL.
· Experience in modernizing legacy systems and developing web-based applications
