Landscaping Crew Leader

We're looking for several Team Leaders to join our growing team—and we’re serious about finding the right people, not just filling seats.

️ What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading a crew on residential or commercial Landscapes

• Operating equipment such as - Mowers, string trimmers, blowers, and other

• Training and coaching your team to hit high-quality standards and Efficiency scores

• Communicating with clients and team leaders to keep jobs on point

• Tracking hours, reporting issues, and helping plan daily logistics

• Looking for ways to make the day smoother, faster, and better

✅ What You Need:

• 1–2 years experience in landscaping preferred—but we’ll train the right fit

• Driver’s license and a clean record

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outside in the NC Summer sun

• Strong communication skills and positive attitude

• A desire to grow with a company that’s growing fast
