We are seeking to fill an Account Manager, National Accounts role at Coleto Brands. The Account Manager, National Accounts, will drive business growth by expanding strategic relationships across Ferguson’s portfolio, including our omnichannel initiatives. This role is responsible for achieving measurable sales growth and meeting strategic account objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including omnichannel, merchandising, and category management teams to deliver results and contribute to the execution of national account growth initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities :
- Partner with the Director of Sales, National Accounts, to develop and execute customer account plans that drive business growth and meet sales targets.
- Collaborate to develop the strategic account planning process, establishing mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and key milestones for 1-3 year plans, with a focus on both online and in-store performance.
- Drive key eCommerce capability building required to support growth by working closely with various functional areas within the Ferguson omnichannel team and internal resources like supply chain, marketing and finance.
- Analyze business data and provide insights to identify opportunities for increasing sales and business development.
- Collaborate with the omnichannel and brand advocate teams to conduct competitive analysis, understanding how competitors perform across various online platforms.
