We are seeking to fill a Brand Protection Manager for Coleto Brands at our Solon, Ohio location. The ideal candidate builds a strategic vision for protecting the go-to-market strategies for all brands that fall beneath the Coleto Brand portfolio. This role is responsible for educating, monitoring, carrying out processes and communicating policy information both internally with key team members and externally with customers. This role will work cross-functionally with employees at all levels within the organization.
The successful candidate will be detailed oriented, persistent, process driven, demonstrate creativity in problem solving, and drive the development and execution of strategic policy improvements, training resources, as well as tracking and improving upon of key metrics pertaining to the Coleto Brands brand protection program.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead the continuous MAP Enforcement procedures for Kichler, Progress and Elan brands in North America – including all communication workstreams with sales and agency personnel internally and externally.
- Act as a strategic leader with a vision to connect with customers, agencies and internal business partners to implement the policies and drive desired customer-behavioral expectations.
- Provide continuous education and training across the organization to help strengthen advocacy in the organization’s program and to build awareness internally and externally.
- Recommend improvements to strategy, policies and monitoring activities to continually shape and evolve to achieve industry-leading outcomes
- Craft, share, and obtain buy-in on market compliance plans for authorized and unauthorized seller efforts.
- Coordinate with promotional planning team on activity throughout the calendar year.
- Frequently report out to the sales organization and leadership teams on market conditions, trends, customer behavior related to compliance metrics, etc.
- Oversees the online sales application and agreement process for online-sales consideration, including the organization’s marketplace-authorization efforts.
- Works closely with legal business partners to uphold policy-related standards.
- Owns relationship with MAP Enforcement vendor(s) and ensures platform(s) is/are up to date and systems issues are promptly identified and fixed.
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business
- Four (4) to six (6) years related brand protection, channel conflict mitigation, ecommerce, and/or pricing analysis
- Expertise using Microsoft Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Travel requirements: < 10%
