Description :
We are seeking to fill an Enterprise Data and Analytics Manager for Coleto Brands at our Greenville, SC location. This position is responsible for leading a team, working with cross-functional partners, senior leadership, and engaging customers to :
- support managing data governance and analytics with data stewards within the organization to achieve data consistency, quality, and protection to meet the enterprise needs
- partner with technology and business leaders and facilitate the implementation of tools and processes to establish visibility of data across the organization, leading a team to build data models and visualization to present findings, while maintaining data quality rules, enforcing data policies, standards, and practices across the organization
- work with key business partners and data stewards to understand their needs and translate data insights into actionable strategies
Duties and Responsibilities :
Define, develop, implement, support, and oversee data governance frameworks, policies, and standards ensuring compliance with regulatory and / or business requirements and established internal policiesEstablish and maintain data governance roadmap, metrics and KPIs to monitor data quality and data governance effectiveness across the enterpriseDesign and maintain data architecture including data warehouse and data models to optimize data storage and retrievalManage data integration processes, combining data from various sources to create a unified view for analysisLead data analysis initiatives, generating actionable insights, dashboards, and reports to support business decision-making across different levels of the organizationHire, manage, mentor a team of data analysts, data engineers / architects, and data stewards and ensure feedback and performance appraisals are conducted regularly and in accordance with organizational guidelinesOversee complex data projects, including prioritization, scoping, planning, data migration, data cleansing and data transformation (ETL processes) to meet critical deadlines and deliver accurate resultsEnsure and implement data security measures within organizational guidelines and compliance with data privacy regulationsPartner and communicate effectively across departments, data stewards, business and IT stakeholders’ data governance objectives, policies, and practicesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs, communicate data insights, and address data related challengesStay updated on emerging data analytics tools and technologies, recommending and implementing new solutions to enhance data analysis capabilitiesProvide support for internal and external financial audits.Perform other related duties necessary to conduct job objectives in an efficient and effective mannerSkills and Experience :
Strong proficiency in data warehousing technologies, data modeling and data visualization toolsStrong analytical skills to identify patterns, trends, and actional insights based on data utilizing data analysis techniques (such as statistical modeling, machine learning, and predictive analytics)Knowledge in SQL, scripting languages such as Python or R, and JavaScriptDeep understanding of data governance principles, data quality methodologies, data lifecycle managementExcellent ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders, influence, and drive decision-making, as well as lead teamsKnowledge of business processes and how data can be leveraged to meet financial, operational, and strategic goalsProven experience in data management roles, with experience managing large, complex, and diverse datasets from multiple data, including real-time streaming dataEight plus (8 ) years of experience in data governance, data management or related fieldFive plus (5 ) years of experience leading data analytics teamsThree plus (3 ) years of experience with cloud platforms such as SAP Analytics Cloud, Datasphere, S4 / HANA (public cloud preferred), and BTPBachelor’s degree in information management, data science, statistics, engineering, computer science, business administration or similar field of study or equivalent relevant work experienceTravel requirements domestic 5%Preferred :
Master’s degree in business administration (MBA) with a concentration in data analytics, data science or master’s degree in a related fieldCertified Data Management professional (CDMP) and / or Certified Analytics Professional (CAP)About US :
